Shipping & Returns

Treats are baked in small batches. Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

During launches, holidays or limited batches, dispatch may take a little longer. We will let you know if your order is delayed.

We currently ship within the United States. Additional destinations may be added over time.

Standard delivery usually arrives 3–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking details are emailed when your order leaves the Manor.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import restrictions on animal products, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Any promotional free-shipping threshold is shown at checkout.

Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched.

Where a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or an uncollected delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A further shipping charge may apply.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact The Butler within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or a refund for the affected item.

For food-safety reasons, opened treat pouches cannot be returned.

Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected, usually within 5–10 business days.

Subscription orders ship on the interval selected at checkout. Pause, change or cancel before your next renewal date and that shipment will not be sent.

Orders already processed at the time of a cancellation request will ship as normal.

We can usually amend or cancel an order before it is dispatched. Contact The Butler as soon as possible with your order number.
