Terms of Purchase

An order placed through the website is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of the order.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, pricing or description errors, payment authorisation failure, suspected fraud or shipping restrictions. Where an order is cancelled, any payment taken is refunded.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and duties are calculated where applicable and may be shown at checkout or collected on delivery depending on destination.

Payment is taken through our payment provider at the time of order, or on each renewal date for subscriptions.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping to confirm or cancel the order.

Subscription orders renew automatically at the interval selected at checkout, at the discounted subscription price then in effect.

You may pause, change or cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal date by contacting The Butler. Cancellation takes effect from the following renewal; orders already processed will ship as normal.

The Butler's Functional Dog Treats are sold as treats for dogs and are not a complete diet or a veterinary product.

Always review the ingredient declaration and feeding guidance on the product packaging, and consult your veterinarian where your dog has allergies, sensitivities or existing health conditions.

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale or submitting unlawful, misleading or infringing material.

Content you submit must be your own or used with permission, and must not include personal information about other people without their consent.

The Quartet of Gotham City name, characters, written material, photography, logos, packaging, designs and the Butler Stack™ name are protected brand assets. No licence is granted except as expressly stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms of Purchase. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
